Summary:

As a Business Process Analyst at Ampliforce, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between Sales and Delivery. Sales bring opportunities to the Solutions department, where we conduct thorough process discovery directly with clients through workshops and observation. You will work with clients to analyse the as is process and design an improved automated process delivered through AI Agents. You will then work with our Delivery function to build and deliver AI Agent. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our AI Agent solutions align with our clients’ objectives and deliver tangible value.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery sessions to gather detailed business requirements, process data, and define the scope of AI Agent solutions.
• Create as-is process maps to visualize current processes and identify areas for automation.
• Develop to-be process designs that incorporate AI Agent capabilities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Compose detailed solution proposals that outline the proposed AI Agent implementation, pricing structure, and anticipated benefits.
• Collaborate with sales teams to present and negotiate solution proposals with potential clients.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate solution designs into technical specifications and architecture diagrams, ensuring feasibility and alignment with technical standards.
• Utilize basic UI/UX design skills to create wireframes and prototypes that reflect the user interface aspects of the solution.
• Ensure that all solution designs align with Ampliforce’s technical standards and best practices.
• Participate in project initiation and planning activities, ensuring a smooth transition from discovery to implementation.
• Document all project-related findings, requirements, and design specifications in clear and comprehensive formats.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the capabilities of Ampliforce’s AI Agent platform.
• Continuously improve skills and knowledge in business analysis, solution architecture, AI Agent technology, and UI/UX design.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate is a Business Process Analyst with 3-5 years of relevant work experience, a strong technical background, particularly in working with developers, and a basic understanding of UI/UX design.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering methodologies.
• Technical knowledge sufficient to collaborate effectively with developers, including an understanding of technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and development processes.
• Basic UI/UX design skills, with experience in creating wireframes and user interface prototypes to support design and requirements communication.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to rapidly evolving digital landscapes.
